It Takes a Village is looking for as many volunteers as possible. So let's see how you can join our team.

Application Process

• **Submit an application:** This includes two letters of recommendation from teachers, bosses, or coaches, a resume, and a short essay on why you want to work with us. We work with every type of family so we need to make sure our volunteers can handle that.
• **Provide your availability:** After you are selected, you will provide us with your available times. This information will be put on our website so our customers can see when they can book you.
• **Complete training:** You will then have to go through a 2.5-hour training that includes watching videos on the services you provide. All hours of training and volunteering will be compensated with service hours.

Limited Time Availability?

Those with limited time can still join our program! If you can not donate either a consistent schedule or many days, you can be a part of our babysitting program. When our customers donate twenty dollars or more, they get two hours of free babysitting. This will require extra videos as you are working with children.
